In our work with workshops we have come to understand that every industry is different. Every workforce is different, and the best organisations understand this.

But it wasn't about the bean bags, it was understanding how their staff worked best, and creating process and policy to allow them to thrive.
This year we will be consulting with the BVA on their 'Good Workplace policy', and the format that it should take for vets.
We will be making suggestions on changes to reflect the unique staff that work in veterinary, based on our research and feedback. Policies that are damaging to mental health can be reframed, or changed, allowances can be made to create more efficient, dynamic working environments, with happier, healthier workforce.
