Welcome to our famous Thinkbox sessions!
Back for 2026!
Group coaching sessions for ND people in the veterinary sector.
Do you want to work out how to make your neurodiversity work for you at work and at home? Or maybe you're feeling stuck, or you've been meaning to get around to something for... years! ND Thinkbox is what you need!
Thinkbox is a group of 6, 60 minute group coaching and peer learning sessions with Helen and Daniel, to help you start reaching your goals! It's designed specially for people in the veterinary sector who are neurodivergent (either diagnosed or self realised).

Session outlines:
1) Set your goals!
Clearly define your goals and how to get there. We'll help you spot your barriers, and unhelpful ND beliefs along the way, so you can really build progress!
2) Build unshakeable confidence!
We'll help you to shape your mindset, so you are constantly building your confidence, and belief in yourself!
3) Covering the Basics.
BORING!! But... probably the most important session on the list. Taking genuine control over your sleep, food and movement, in a realistic way that will actually work for you, is the only way to make progress!
4) Manage your batteries!
Genuine reflection on what charges your batteries and what drains you, will help you to prioritize more of what you need. We'll help you make that a reality, and break out of old patterns that have been holding you back.
5) Emotional regulation
How do you deal with the overwhelm? Anxiety? How do you protect yourself from burnout? It's different for ND folks, so we're here to help you build your plan, and your resilience.
6) Mystery session! -you choose!
We'll use this session to tackle any issues that have come up for people, that we haven't already covered. We'll wrap up, and make sure everyone is set up with their plans, structures and supports, to make 2025 their best year yet!
