Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessments (NWNA)
Helen and Daniel are both qualified Level 4 Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessors - the highest standard currently available. This is the same level of professional training used by major organisations such as Lexxic and Genius Within.
A NWNA is a needs led assessment built on a comprehensive process of gathering information from a neurodivergent employee, (and sometimes managers and occupational health) with the goal of recommending reasonable adjustments to working practices, environment, processes and even onboarding. We assimilate all that information and look to find a way forward. Our sector specific veterinary knowledge will ensure we understand the practicalities of the clinical environment, and only make suggestions which are both impactful and pragmatic. We will work with your current tech and systems where possible.
Understanding your employees neuro-profile, needs and challenges and giving the right support can directly impact your staff retention and wellbeing, the wider team, and ultimately the client experience too.
