Supporting neurodiversity in veterinary practice.

We started The Vet Project in 2022, with one simple purpose: to make life better for vet teams. We had both seen first hand the toll that working in the veterinary industry was having on our friends and colleagues, and we knew that there was so much scope to make it better, so we decided to be that change. We run workshops, offer neurodiversity coaching and speak at events to promote understanding of neurodiversity in the sector.
Our Services

1
Leadership CPD
Some of the biggest companies in the world are recognizing the potential of their neurodivergent talent, and are reaping huge rewards from maximizing their productivity and creativity, but how do we apply that to the vet world? Our day long 'Neurodiversity for Veterinary Leaders' CPD course will equip you with the tools you need to be able to make the most of your talented ND colleagues' strengths, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.
2
Neurodiversity in Practice Training
We offer neurodiversity in practice training sessions which can be delivered in person as full or half days to suit your rota and budget. These sessions are designed for the whole team and are interactive, informative and fun. They will build awareness of neurodiversity, as well as compassion, and really help to bring the team together.
